No matter in which domain/company you are working, I hope most of them have listened to this atleast once.

It’s not that companies are not providing them experience certificates or stipends.

But the approach of students/freshers should be in the way of asking more about work scope, projects etc.

For any new fresher, we explain work structure, project details and make them learn practical knowledge .

But sometimes people don’t even match the efficiency at the workplace.

Internship is not subjected to a particular industry, it is a kind quality time where one improves their skills.

So there should be a purpose for doing an internship not just to gain a certificate.
